Yes. The visit, the soil test, the measured survey and the indicative floor plan cost you nothing, and there is no obligation attached. If you choose another builder, take all four reports with you — they're yours.

We'll come and inspect plots you're considering and tell you honestly what each one will cost to build on — soil condition, access for a concrete pump, setback losses and approval risk all change the number significantly. Several clients have walked away from a plot because of what we found.

Within about 60 km — Tirupur, Pollachi, Mettupalayam, Annur, Sulur and Karamadai are all regular. Beyond that we'd rather refer you to someone local than supervise a site we can't reach quickly.

For the first conversation: plot location, approximate dimensions and a rough idea of how many bedrooms you want. That's it. Patta, chitta, FMB sketch and the parent documents only become relevant at the approval stage, and we'll tell you exactly what to collect.

Yes. We're empanelled with most major banks and housing finance companies, and our documentation team prepares the estimate, drawings and stage certificates your bank will ask for. We don't take a commission on referrals.
